- Just got my Blizzard 1260...I installed the cyberpatcher and all that
- but I've experienced more trouble than I anticipated. Programs that don't
- work: Worms (!), Delitracker, DSS8+ and lot's of (new) demos and some other
- stuff... Imagine 4.0 seems to work fine but when 'solid' or 'shaded' redraw
- is selected, strange things happen..The mouse pointer seems to freeze for
- periods of time and it doesen't get any better unless you (with great effort)
- change back to wireframe...(or quit the program).
- AB3D.....What can I say, I used to own a Blizzard 1230/50 and it ran fine but
- now... OK it works, but the frame rate varies from about 3 fps to 40 fps
- making it completely unplayable...
- Anyone remembering 'RISK' (on the Amiga made by Brinkstein-Zirkel Softworks
- (or something like that)) well the game is from 1988!!! It's HD installable
- and runs perfectly on my 060... No cashes need to be shut off, nothing...
- Compare that with WORMS wich I bought in december 95'...It refuses to work
- both from HD and Floppy...So now I have to disable the 1260 card and play the
- damn game from floppy...Anyone else experiencing similar problems? Feel free
- to add to the 'No, this isn't working on the 1260 either'-list...
